MBIA Insurance Corporation and National Public Finance Guarantee Corporation (collectively, "MBIA") claim confidential treatment for all information (the "Confidential Material") MBIA has posted in this data room / FTP site in connection to the New York State Department of Financial Services Examination of MBIA. The Confidential Material (i) concerns or may concern customarily non-public, confidential business and personal information concerning MBIA, (ii) concerns the conduct of the business of MBIA and is maintained in confidence by MBIA, (iii) contains or may contain information which if disclosed would cause substantial injury to MBIA’s competitive position. Accordingly, MBIA requests confidential treatment pursuant to N.Y. Pub. Off. Law § 87(2)(d) and (e), with respect to all Confidential Material and further requests that all Confidential Material be withheld from disclosure.
